Helping Hand Properties Group, LLC is a new business focused on buying and fixing up tax lien homes to offer affordable rentals. We primarily serve families in Montgomery and Birmingham, Alabama, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Jackson, Mississippi. Our goal is to buy 20 to 25 tax deed properties at a low cost and turn them into safe and affordable homes for single mothers with young children, giving them a better option than living in poor conditions.
By creating a safe and welcoming home environment, we hope to help mothers and their children escape poverty. Our goal is to provide these families with homes in nice neighborhoods, access to good schools, and a safe environment far from dangerous areas. We also aim to reduce the burden on these mothers by maintaining high-quality homes with essential appliances like washers and dryers.
At Helping Hand Properties Group, LLC, we rent homes at a fraction of the market price, ensuring young mothers have safe, affordable housing without compromising quality.
Based in Jacksonville, Florida, we work in key cities like Montgomery and Birmingham, Alabama, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Jackson, Mississippi. This allows us to help families in different communities.
Our success comes from our mission-driven approach. As Christian missionaries with experience in the Caribbean, India, and Nepal, we’ve seen the power of helping families in need. Our focus is on improving the lives of families, not just making a profit. We believe in treating our tenants with respect and ensuring they have safe, affordable, and dignified homes.
Since we started in November 2024, we’ve made great progress. Our team has completed courses in tax deed purchasing and joined the United States Tax Lien Association. We are also being mentored by an expert with over 400 properties in Alabama and Mississippi. To build on our success, we plan to take a $25,000 course to strengthen our skills in the tax lien industry and grow our impact in the future.

He carefully scheduled contractors in an optimal sequence, resulting in a successful build that ultimately sold for a $50,000 profit.

Helping Hand Properties Group, LLC purchases and rehabilitates tax lien homes to provide low-cost rental housing. Our mission is to offer safe, affordable, and well-maintained homes to at-risk families, veterans, and individuals living in substandard housing conditions.
A tax lien home is a property where the owner has unpaid property taxes, leading to a lien placed by the local government. These properties can be acquired through tax deed sales, often at below-market prices. By rehabilitating them into livable homes, we provide affordable housing while revitalizing communities.
Helping Hand Properties Group, LLC aims to acquire 20–25 (or more, with sufficient funding) tax deed properties and repossessed homes at deep discounts, passing the savings to our renters. We rehabilitate these properties into clean, safe, and affordable homes for Veterans and single at-risk mothers with young children-offering a dignified alternative to slum housing in crime-ridden areas. By placing families in better neighborhoods with access to quality schools, we strive to break the cycle of poverty. Understanding that many face hardships through no fault of their own, we uphold high property standards, ensuring homes remain well-maintained.
